Of Course most of this clothes are second hand exported from asia, europe and other countries. But they still choose them because they make them look like their favourite characters and celebrities in the screens.

Going back to our blankets topic, today its not obvious to find the old blanket in every home. One is likely to find a duvet. This items are quite colourful and warm but most are made of polyester and nylon based materials. unlike previous ones which were made of cotton. It might not be easy to realise their downsides until you think about it.

Blankets gather dust quickly. They are also not easy to wash and that makes them not suitable to use in certain environments. But its still good to have one or a few somewhere near your bedroom and this is the reason why.

Protection from fire

If there is something that can act as a good shield during a fire emergency is a blanket. What makes a blanket such a good shied is its heaviness and its material that is slow to catch fire. The modern duvets are light and made with much polyester which makes them burn quickly.

If ones house catches fire for example while they are asleep, they can cover themselves with one or two blankets then walk out to the exit without being touched by flames. Wet blankets can also be used to put out fire and to save somebody in flames by wrapping them with the blanket.
