Hoping this one will not destroy your christmas mood, its time to uncover some truth about the festive season. I may not be aware of your plans this season but am aware of the cycle. It starts with loaded and excited people pushing heavy shopping carts with smiley faces but one that ends with broke ones on January.

But just like the chimps eat meat and how in some places water flows uphill, there will never lack some irony in the society. One of those is how some go for vacation on January as they make some unexpected new year resolutions like “I will be having more fun this year” 

But ofcourse they will do it. Because you made them rich and you will be doing it again. How? Let me show you.

The rich are not any smarter or any luckier its their personality that builds them mansions (and the blessings ofcource!). Rich Mr Ken will not binge watch on netflix the whole day. He will tour the Maldives then make his tour an investment by filming it and posting on youtube and other channels. Its the same videos the working class feast on during the weekends. You know the reality shows kind of thing.

When he is bankrupt, he will not watch motivational videos or go door to door looking for career advice from “experts” Instead he will write a book on HOW I MOVED FROM BANKRUPT TO MILLIONARE. Then people will flock to bookshops and other stores to buy his book. By so doing they will be making him a millionare for sure.

Its the same way Donald Trump was asked, what he would do if he went broke. He said, “I would start a networking business” The audience bood him. He replied to their reaction by saying, “That’s why you are there and I am here”

Their dreamer and passionate traits made them smarter. With time they were able to realise when to invest how to invest and what to invest in. Believe me, whether poor or not, whether giving you charity or offers, they will still find a way to take that coin from you.

Back to festive season trick, this is how they will do it.

They will offer you luxuries to spend  on December  then lend you loans on January

You know its the same rich guys behind big shoppings malls, hotels and airlines who also own the banks. Right? 

Now that you flocked in their centres and spend to the last coin, its time to ask for loans. The kids need to go back to school plus other expenses. So they not only take from you when you are rich, they will also take from you when you are broke. To them its business as usual. Talk of passive income, now this is it!!!

They will work around the clock throughout the season then go for a holiday on January

When you are rushing to work after a bad hangover, you will spot them dragging a suit case heading to the airport. 

But looking at it critically, its you who is in the wrong place ( bad timing ). Will you be selling to broke people? Maybe until march. When the loans are paid and bills are settled.

They invest their cash during the pick season but spend it the low seasons

Very few people bring the saving mindset into the festive season. Saving cans are broken and bank account are emptied. No bargaining. Its time to spend to the fullest.

At this time of the year, the demand is very high and money is circulating. They know it so they also invest without holding back. 

When it all ends in the new year, the hotels are empty and the prices of products are low. Now its time to do their shopping. You will see them pushing upto two or more huge shopping carts as the cashiers welcome them with the “we really needed you” kind of smile.

With the hotels empty, they can even book three rooms at the price of one. They spend their vacations like kings. Saving even more after making huge profits during the festive seasons.
